 Several products/ shades I use have been discontinued (ie, the Studio Fix powder, N4). The website suggested I call the 800 number for assistance. The woman I spoke to was unknowledgable on the Studio fix product and wasn't familiar with suggesting something comparable. If products are discontinued, I was under the impression the company would have alternative items to recommend. She had no info on what Studio Fix consisted of to make a recommendation. Very disappointed.
